There’s been no shortage of adorable cupcakes popping up at Walt Disney World this holiday season, like this whimsical Rainbow Unicorn Cupcake or this incredibly detailed Snowman Cupcake. We’ve got another new cupcake review for you today: the Mickey Christmas Tree Cupcake!
So where can you find this super-cute sweet treat, and how does it taste?
First, you can find the Mickey Christmas Tree Cupcake at Creature Comforts, Pizzafari, and Restaurantosaurus in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It’s $5.99 or one Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit.
The Christmas Tree Cupcake features gingerbread cake, cream cheese frosting, crunchy sugar snow, and a buttercream Christmas tree topped with chocolate Mickey ears.
How CUTE are those chocolate ears!?
We’re happy to tell you that Mickey Christmas Tree Cupcake tastes as good as it looks! The cake was super flavorful and very heavy on the gingerbread spices, which we loved. But take note — if you don’t want your gingerbread spice strong, this one isn’t for you.
This festive dessert will be available throughout Disney’s Animal Kingdom during the month of December.
(Pssst: If you’re in the mood for a gingerbread cupcake but you’ll be at Disney’s Hollywood Studios instead of Animal Kingdom, don’t forget to check out our review of the Prep and Landing Cupcake!)
