It’s no secret it has been hot in Central Florida this summer — and fall so far! We’ve been keeping you updated on the free water in the parks. But while we were at Animal Kingdom we found some changes to the Ice Cream and Slushie locations, and that made us feel cool, so we’re sharing them with you!

Anandapur Ice Cream Truck

First up is perhaps the most colorful Ice Cream Truck we’ve ever seen — the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck!

Usually you ordered and picked up your cool treats at the window like a traditional ice cream truck. But now it is set up a lot like an Epcot Food and Wine Festival booth — you place your order at a register before the Truck, then pick up your ice cream at the Truck Window.

We also spotted a new Ice Cream Cart near the Tree in Asia with the Prayer Flags. You can see this is across from the construction walls in Asia.

Over in Africa, Zuri’s Sweets Shop has added more Goofy’s Glaciers machines to their wall. Flavors currently available are: Passion Mango, Strawberry, Blue Raspberry, and Lemonade.

Now, we know this next item isn’t Ice Cream, but is on an Ice Cream stand! They have added Hot Dogs to the Ice Cream Cart near Eight Spoon Cafe on Discovery Island. missing hot dog stand we mentioned in our construction and refurb postThis is likely to replace the earlier.
